I had a wheel alignment done. The reported “before” values showed one wheel had an alignment that showed as “red”. The “after” alignment report shows an identical red value for that wheel. I’m leaving on a vacation early in the morning. I hope that the red “after” alignment report is an error.

45 minute wait until someone brought me a list of suggested services. I was there for an oil change, not a 90 minute service. I also find it interesting that one of the services recommended was a transmission fluid change. I have a 5 speed manual. Please stop trying to make money on folks that may not know better. Seems like a dishonest way of doing business. My service advisor was very pleasant and just doing his job but I'm disappointed in Smart Toyota.

I usually get my service done at East Madison Toyota, but I decided to get my oil changed at Smart Toyota because it’s closer to my home. I had an appointment for the express maintenance and it still took over almost 2 hours. I’m usually in and out of East Madison’s express maintenance shop in less than an hour. Will not be back to Smart Toyota.

Tires measured two at 8 and two at 4. Both tires brand new four months ago. Left Toyota and had place where I bought them recheck. Two at 9 and two at 8. Also they do alignment for $99. You charge $160. Plus they check, without charge, alignment before doing the work.
Service guy was very kind but won’t return to dealer.

No one needs to contact me. Toyota had my truck for 7 hours to do one tire pressure sensor. This should take 30 minutes. I was very thankful for the loaner vehicle. But I still wasn’t able to go about my day due to waiting for my truck. Ian was great and helpful. It’s frustrating to drop off my truck for something so basic and it takes the entire day.
