Left with having more done than anticipated spent more that I realized going in. 60k maintenance. alignment was done and afterwards the stirring wheel felt wobbly/shaky never had the issue before but noticed it right away after the maintenance visit when reaching about 35-40 mph. Could this be an issue with how the maintenance was done?

This was my first time. My appointment was for 10 am. I arrived at 10:01 am. Pulled up to a bay and waited. Finally at 10:10, I called and asked if I needed to do something to have someone come to greet me. I was told that they must be running behind and the someone would eventually come. Yes, eventually someone came. I told them this was my first time. He took my information and told me to wait in the waiting area. When Wilker had me sign the paper work. He didn't really say much. Didn't go over what had been done. Just said it was a "routine" visit. OK. So I read the paperwork and asked about the pending recall, adked if fluids had been checked and topped, air pressure checked and adjusted, if necessary. Then I walked out. I see a cash wash sticker. Not sure about that so I had to go back in. He wasn't there but I asked someone else and they told me about the car wash.
I felt that I was walking in the dark. It was my first time at Smart for service. I would have expected and did expect a bit more information/communication/direction. Maybe that is called customer service?

I was a little surprised at the cost of the detailing, which previously had cost a lot less, closer to $150, so $300+ was a big increase. Also, I’m disappointed that the car wash is never working, so please stop giving me useless codes for a car wash that is never open or working.
