Now MANY years later and many models of Toyota vehicles, at 72 I am totally enjoying the comfort and great gas mileage of my Avalon. (3 years and 180,000 worth! I have always been the one to take care of the vehicle maintenance/service for our family—going to Smart is my. Our representative was good, I just don’t overall have a positive experience at SmartToyota service. I feel like I’m always being upsold on additional services that are needed. For example,seemingly every single customer that was there this morning was told that their filters are dirty and need to be replaced. In a previous appointment I was told I needed new tires when the car was essentially 18 months old. When making this appointment I noted I wanted my radio looked at it is not properly making phone calls, but when I got there I was told that they can’t do that in an express bay (even though I’m not the one that booked myself into an express bay).
