Parts unavailable.Truck in at 9;15 appt. Not seen until late afternoon. Next day informed of parts issue. Not Paul's fault. Had loaner vehicle and luckily was able to stay with daughter in town overnight instead of driving 80 miles home and 80 back. Additionally,estimate was outrageous.

I took the car in to my local mechanic right after it had it's basic cabin filter serviced (there HAD been rodents involved as I had suspected) but they couldn't deal with the continued fan motor sound issue and my local mechanic DID fix it and also commented that the cabin filter had been assembled by your dealership incorrectly! He rearranged and fixed that and fixed the issue I had come to the Toyota repair shop to begin with! Mostly I was disturbed to hear it had not been put together correctly by you guys! My mechanic is very reliable and trust worthy and I believe what he told me.
The guy who spoke to me at Toyota was very nice but the actual work that was done was apparently not correct.
