The staff was great, and the service was excellent, but you seem to have frequent technological issues. This time it was scheduling and point of sale issues which caused a 20-30 minute delay. I’m a bit concerned about Smart Toyota being able to provide the level of service I want. Is this a management issue? Or maybe an infrastructure issue? What’s going on?

Ian and the service team at Toyota always do such an amazing job. They communicate well, they allow me to make informed decisions towards my vehicle. They care about what are the priorities that I need for the use of my vehicle as I have a 2015 Toyota RAV4. It is my son‘s college car and they have done such a good job of helping us do the upkeep it so that it’s running and functioning for him all the while understanding our budget. I absolutely can’t imagine going anywhere else because they have proven time and time again that I can trust them implicitly. They keep me loyal with the great service and communication.

Excellent service. Just would have preferred to have a diagnosis or time frame of service earlier. Took >5 hours for any news after initial drop off. But after I called, there was a timely response, and car was done the same day, so overall good experience.
