Car was kept for an extra day but wasn’t even looked at until second day because ‘we got a bit behind’. I told Ian I had videos that show the problem, but he asked me to just email them, then never reached out to find out if I’d sent them when he didn’t get them apparently, and just said he couldn’t reproduce the problem (which I knew would happen as it’s intermittent). When I asked at pickup he just said ‘if you want to try sending them again I could share with Toyota’. It felt like there wasn’t much effort to see the problem at all.

Yesterday's service was the best in my years of having my Prius serviced by Smart Motors. Waiting period for "annual" services (tire rotation, oil change, etc.) was brief compared to other times. I also appreciated the level of care given to my car and the friendliness and respect given to me.
