I was very pleased that David went to the extra effort of ensuring that my mirror was painted before it was installed since that was the primary impetus for getting me to Smart Motors this week. I had a 9:30 appointment. It took 5 hours before I got any information. Why make appointments if you just have to wait all day regardless. It was misleading. Just say bring in your car on the day and we will have it ready by 5. Any where else an appointment means that is when something is done, a haircut, a dental procedure, etc.

I have gotten so much misinformation since purchasing my 2024 RAV 4. I called to ask if my tires were rotated in Dec. 2024 and was told no. Today I was told that they were. I was also told that I had used all 4 service appointments even though this is only my second service appointment. In the past, I was told I should have my vehicle service, but was turned away after showing up for my appointment and then received an abrupt email about not showing up even though I was there for the time I had scheduled. I love my vehicle, but dread scheduling service.
