I was on hold after trying to get in contact with someone to see the status of my vehicle for over an hour in total. When I walked in today I was still on the phone and they couldn't identify which line I was calling. The glass looks good that was replaced along with the over head "make-up" mirror light.

Was expecting a car wash, but they said the machine was broken.
So I said, do you vacuum and he said yeah. But when I got to the car, it was not vacuumed so I told the man in order man I said will you vacuum this?
So I would hope that they would email me when the machine is working and come back and get a free car wash and vacuum inside
