2.5 hours to get the oil changed and tires rotated was entirely too long. Another time, the same service was just over an hour.

Your oil change price went up $60 in a year. It used to be more than I can get locally but not too much. Now it is almost triple what I pay for a full synthetic oil change. Sadly it’s not with driving 30 minutes for service anymore. Also the wifi is very weak and pretty unusable.
