instructed them for no car wash. Employee at the counter did instruct this. Instructions were not followed. I have a ceramic coat installed by a professional detailer and the harsh chemicals used by quick dealer washes wear down coats. It will probably be fine but an easy instruction was not followed. Whats my motivation to bring in my vehicle once the free services are over if my instructions are ignored…i will add following these instructions would have been less expensive for the dealership which is also ironic

Ryan explain some employees off and I can understand that, but some other plans were delayed because of the length of time spent there. I have always found Ryan to be a good service manager. He advised me of some other work I should have done, some taking another 1 1/2 hrs. Will have to make another appointment, hoping that is the actual time it will take.

I called and left several voicemails for making an appointment every few days over the course of several weeks and never received a call back. I eventually contacted a sales person whom my family and I had previously worked with for help. I had to squeeze in the appointment within a few days because of plans to go back to Massachusetts soon. While waiting in the waiting area, there was no bottled water and water from the water fountain looked brown. I still was satisfied with the actual service and the amount of time it took was reasonable. It was also nice that they knocked off several dollars for a service related to the stability and balance of the vehicle.
