My husband and I were not satisfied with the service we received today. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told I would receive a phone call with an update. However, I only received a text message with a link outlining the issues found.
My husband called multiple times (four times in total) seeking clarification and did not receive a call back. I also tried calling and did not hear back from anyone.
We’re disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up, and we hope this can be addressed for future visits.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. My only complaint was my tire light was on and you didn’t even check the pressure in the tires to see if they needed air. It was brought back to me with the tire light on So I had to check the pressure myself ,okay I did. I just couldn’t believe I had to do this myself when my car was in a service center. Thank you. I had to wait 2 hours to get my oil changed. A gentleman from the front office area agreed and he gave me my bill for the oil change and told me it was taken care of and that he wanted me to come back as a customer. Thanks to his intervention I will return as a customer. However I don’t believe the service department would have treated me as well as the gentleman from the front office.
