I love my 2017 Rav 4. I will probably drive it 5-10 more years. Toyota is the BEST!

Thank you Beth! She reviewed my service records and gave me an estimate for cost for an upcoming major service. I appreciated that the mechanic said I could wait to replace my rear brakes, saving me money. One thing happened—there was oil smudged on the passenger seat. It looked like the mechanic leaned his forearm on it when he was in the glove compartment and his arm must have been a little oily. Not a huge deal and it cleaned up, but I’m glad I saw it.
