I was happy with Jaime and services, but for as much money as I ended up paying to get the car serviced, I thought that Toyota Bob Smith could’ve made more of an effort to make sure I had a rental car instead of me going 24 hours without a car. They did offer a ride home and back, which was helpful.

Made appt for 11.30am online. Said I would wait at dealership. Got there and was told I would have to wait at least 3 hrs because they go to lunch and don't start back until 1pm. Came from Burbank which is more then 12 miles so no more Uber rides. Was told by Jaime to come back about 1:10 when he's back from lunch. I didn't want to wait so I left. Came back at 1. I know now not to make appt after 10am or make after 1pm. Would be nice if somewhere on the website it states that your shop stops for lunch from 12-1. Maybe just when someone enters that they will be waiting at the shop during service. Just a suggestion. I've been a customer for 25 yrs.
