I left my car at 9:30 a.m. yesterday for an oil change and check of the fluids. I came back 4 hours later and nothing had been even started. I was also unhappy that Greg told me a different price for the oil change at $75.00 than the one I saw online for $55.00. and he didn't seem to know what I had booked for my service call when I got there. He told me there was no $39.99 service, even though I had booked it online for my service call. I finally decided to leave without getting either service. Waste of my time!

Greg was great. And the work done was fine. What I didn’t like was not being told it could take a week when I thought I was dropping off the car for a few hours. And they didn’t seem to get updates on when I could expect it until the day of. Thankfully they gave me a loaner. Toyota needs to streamline the process and improve communication with the dealership.
