The price of the repair seemed excessive. Also a rag was left in the car and blue tape on the windshield. Also, it would have been nice to receive a complimentary car wash.

I brought it in at 9 AM for a simple safety check and I still had not received my car at 11:00 AM two hours later. There is nothing wrong with this car, and my old car 11 years old older was brought in twice for a safety check and it did not take two hours. I feel like I was forgotten in the process.
