I was told that my car was ready, but when I got there, no one was there to help me. I went to the cashier and got my paperwork and I was sent to another office to have someone help me. When the man took me to my car, the plastic cover was still on the seat and the paper on the floor. Furthermore, when I got home, nobody replaced my sticker for the oil change due date. The old one was still in place.
