I was told that my rear brakes were at 3 mm. They were actually at 5, and did not yet need to be replaced. This is not the first time exaggerations have occurred here.

Pat was one of the best I’ve ever associated and worked with in automotive. I went in with warranty service, along with a basic service. I requested an updated report, because the one I received was incorrect. I never got it and never received a phone call or text to let me know that the service on my car was complete. I have been taking my car in for service at Bob Smith Toyota for almost 20 years and this is the worst service I've had. Totally unacceptable and I don't want him as my service agent again.
