In addition to my normal service, I’ve mentioned 2 concerning issues (1) when parked and placed in reverse the vehicle failed to back up on 3 separate occasions, (2) when driving, the head unit shut off for 5-10 seconds and rebooted on 4 separate occurrences. Both of these concerns were not listed on my itemized receipt document. The “normal” part of the service was good. I would appreciate the concerns being documented. -Carter ****-****-xxxx
