I live in Red Lodge and my battery went dead on Saturday afternoon. Monday morning, I went to NAPA and they needed to order my battery. I couldn’t wait so I called Honda, they had the battery and got me in tight away. Great customer service.

I have had my car in there twice now and both times they have not washed it. I thought when I bought my car they said when it comes in we will wash it for you. I guess not.
Also my phone keeps losing the connection in Car play. No one there has ever heard of this but I’ve talked to other Honda owners and theirs does the same thing.

My appointment was for 12 noon. I waited for an hour before checking and was told it would be another 30 minutes before I received an answer. Then I was told that tests could not be run unless the gas tank was less than a quarter tank. I was left with no answers and felt like I wasted my time with no resolution.

I have brought my car in multiple times with the same complaint, all the warnings are seeing off. I spent over $14k total in trying to repair it. I paid underriner over $8k to replace my engine and get the warning lights off. It didn't even last two months. I brought it back and was told it wasn't part of the warranty for the new engine even though it's the same issue but a little different symptoms. I took it somewhere else IMMEDIATELY after it was fixed and they said our was already throwing error codes again. I hadn't even driven it one mile. I followed up with a call on a Friday to express how upset I was, and the lady said the service manager wasn't there. No surprise. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in service. She took my name and number and said he would call Monday. He did not. Every repair I've received from a Honda dealership including underriner was subpar. The only positive part of my experience was working with Cheryl. At least she does what she can to help the customer feel taken care of.
