We had decided to never return to the dealership which sold us both our Beetle and our Atlas. They had disappointed us several times in our dealings with them. When your company purchased the Volkswagen franchise, we decided to give your dealership one chance to see if you could do a better job than the other guys. I am happy to say that the quality of service we received exceeded our expectations. A potential misunderstanding which could have been a problem for us was resolved in our favor before we even knew about it. We were treated well by everyone, and we definitely will be returning for service in the future. Thank you and especially thanks to the employee who took care of us so well. Jackson & the maintenance employee determined that I did not require an oil change for my car. I told him I had gotten a notice that I did need one. He checked the details concerning oil changes and found that I was getting notified way sooner than required. They updated the information for oil changes and set me home without having to pay anything.

They didn't align one of the tires properly. We were halfway home -to Bozeman - when we felt it wobbling and had to pull to the side of the highway to fix it. I called and they said they would waive the service, but obviously this was a huge safety issue.

When i picked up my vehicle, i was told i had an oil leak. Never had any signs of an oil leak before. After getting my oil changed, i drive straight home and park my car in my garage. I have been dealing with issues and Service since July 2023. I had my oil changed at the Hyundai Service Center & eight days later while I was on a road trip. The oil plug came out and I lost all of my oil. My engine was replaced. 3 to 4 weeks later my engine light came on. The problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered. I was told they would be in, in 4 to 6 business days. Two weeks later, I finally stopped at the service center to see if my parts were in. I had to stop because whenever I call the Service Center, it automatically goes to a voicemail, I have never had a person answer the phone, and no one ever returns my calls. The parts were in, but I had not been notified. I was leaving on vacation so I scheduled the service for when I got back. I was told that something was going on with the catalytic converter and the oil intake valve that was causing the engine light to go on. When I got the car I was told the catalytic converter had been replaced, but nothing was mentioned about the oil intake valve. They said that was all OK…?? I was called when service on my car was complete and was told the shuttle driver would come to pick me up at 4:30 PM …by 5PM No one had shown up yet and my business was closing so I had to get a ride to get my car. I’m just very disappointed with the lack of communication & how difficult it is to reach anybody when I have questions or want information. I’ve been told one thing at the service center but what’s written on my service report says something different. I’ve had this car just a little over a year And I have been dealing with service issues on it more than I’ve ever dealt with on any other vehicle I’ve owned. I feel like I’ve just been treated as an older lady who will believe anything I’m told. I was excited when I purchased this car, but I have to say, I’ve been very disappointed with all of the dealings I’ve had with it since. I am sorry to have to complain about all of this, but I just feel like I’ve needed to share all that I’ve dealt with. Sincerely. Karen H
