The woman at the desk said I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I explained that I was there for a recall. She had no record of that and kept asking me for the information. I decided to do a tire rotation which she said could be done at the same time as the recall. I was there for almost 2 hours on a job they said would take one hour. They left a flash drive in my car which I will have to make a special trip to return.
