On the one hand it was done very quickly compared to other places and the other is I’m used to seeing how much tire tread is left and how much brake pad (you know, get some warning before my pads cut into the rotors and ruin them)

I dropped my car off on Monday morning at 830 for a 1030 appointment after bringing my car in the week prior… I was told a part needed to be ordered. Brett called me at 1100 to say that the part was never ordered. He never said,” I am sorry for the confusion or the inconvenience.” I am not someone that demands an apology, however, when there is a mistake made and I am paying for a service I think an apology could be expressed. The shuttle that I had scheduled to be picked up at 1130 came at 1230. When I returned and was given my keys Brett said we should have that ready for you tomorrow morning… no apology. I arrived at the shop this morning around 9am. I sat at the door while 5 employees chatted back and forth and was not greeted, this is not uncommon in the Toyota Service department, after a minute or 2 Brett said hi… and then continued to chat with the group of employees. A gentleman left and then returned and continued to chat with Brett… after he left again I was greeted. I would give my experience a 2 out of 10.
