Remote start was implied as a function provided in the 2019 RAV Hybrid I purchased with 8000 miles and it could not be demonstrated to function after three tries. Even the remote lock and unlock could not be made to function. It was quite a let down to not have these advertised features to not function!

Brett listened to the problems with my Rav4 explained what could be wrong with the radio and asked pertinent questions to figure out if there was further need to check out my radio and there wasn't. Also, he showed me the hinges on my tailgate where they had smal cracks and this was the reason the door wouldn't open at times cause it was misaligned and the hinges needed repairing.
