Was a bit embarrassing when I had made appointments for two vehicles for over a month in advance and called Monday at 9:30 am to confirm and ask to bring in the Tacoma Tuesday overnight for a Wednesday apt and discussed the Carolla in the am and we will be needing the car for the day so how long will it take to change the oil? Both vehicles at 8:00 am. Brought the vehicle in on Tuesday and discussed the car for morning. We showed up Wednesday morning with the Carolla and the said we had no apt. The tech argued with me that I had no apt. Took the Carolla in any ways with some unprofessional reaction to us. Listen who drives two vehicles 80 miles to get two vehicle worked on. I’m not concerned how busy you are and didn’t write one of the appointments down. If you can’t do the work just tell me there others that can. I have purchased many used cars in the past from Kari himself in the 80’s. Spending $2000.00 on maintenance deserves a little more respect than we received. We were going to look at a newer Tacoma, that’s why we booked two nights at the Cobblestone. Because of the service treatment we received, we nixed that idea and moved on. Try this…” How can we help you” we are also very busy and don’t have time for BS. Good luck.
