1) I answered this question on another Toyota Feedback Questionnaire last night, so why do you need another one?
2) The scheduling website indicated $16 for 55,000 Mile maintenance which INCLUDES tire rotation.
3) I was charged about $32 for tire rotation, so should be offered a fair refund.
4) Amidst the invoice confusion I was pitched a service plan which was inappropriate at the time. Read the room.
5) Seems like you have issues with both your scheduling process and your feedback process.
