I had taken my Toyota Highlander in in November and was told that the left front wheel sensor was not working and was shorting out. I was told there was no appointment for three weeks and I was only home for one week to go deer hunting at that time. My wife arranged to take a car in last Tuesday and after driving for 45 minutes through very low temperature weather she sat and waited, and then found out that there was no left front wheel sensor available, and she was told that she would have to bring it back again in a couple of weeks. She was only up north for a week period of time and I believe you should’ve had a left front wheel sensor available since you had been told twice by us that that was the diagnosis. We’re very disappointed in your service.
