My van was done with service and no one contacted me to tell me it was done. I sat in that customer holding area for 2 1/2 hours. Then I requested to purchase an air filter for the engine and I would install it myself. I drove home and was going to install the filter and it was the wrong filter. I had to drive back to the service dept to get it replaced. Jake provided me with the replacement and I say that this one is the wrong size also. Finally I got the correct filter.
No one was checking what they were doing, multiple errors occurred from the service tech to Jake.
I have never had this type of service before from Kari’s Service Dept.
I left not a happy customer.
