Service was excellent.
Lead up to the service in regards to payment for a problem that existed when the truck was purchased was totally unnecessary as regards to dealership not wanting to pay for repairs.
However the situation was resolved satisfactorily.
The service manager did an excellent job!!

I thought Ryan was exceptionally kind and helpful. I had something puncture my tire. I drove the four blocks to the garage for an emergency check on my tire, a big piece of metal stabbed in my tire. On a Friday afternoon all of the staff were already booked for jobs. However, he rearranged his staff to check it out. The staff were able to patch it up and I went on my way. I made him a **** bouquet. I was so appreciative and he treated me with the utmost respect. I hope you treat him well..Winner!
