I had to do quite a bit of follow up including making contact to confirm that my car had been delivered by the tow truck to the dealership. I’m not sure what the standard practice is, but I didn’t feel that my business was valued because I had to do so much outreach. Also, I’m not a fan of the communication system that uses texting, but I understand that it saves time. As a customer who is spending over $1500 on a repair, the communication wasn't quite as personal as I would have preferred.

By the run I got home the Tire pressure indicator said I'm low. Checked manually and all 4 tires are around 30pai. Will call and bring in on Monday
