Jacob did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! He kept us aware of what was going on with the situation with our vehicle. He fought the warranty place in our behalf. And made sure it was a job well done. We was VERY PLEASED by him!!!

I was greeted promptly and Brandon went over the service items that I had requested when I placed my online service request. He explained to me also that the service area was very busy and that it might be a little bit longer than what I had anticipated, but that they would do everything possible to get me in and out quickly. He initially said maybe an hour up to an hour and a half. I don’t think I had sat down for more than 15 minutes when Brandon announced that my car was ready to be picked up. Now that’s what I call. great service. Not only that, but my final bill was less expensive than what was quoted for me when I placed the service request online. That’s a double win as far as I’m concerned.
