I had received a message that my vehicle inspection was done, but I could not sign it and send it. No one came to talk to me or ask me if I had received that so I sat in the lobby for another hour waiting for my vehicle to get done before I checked on it and found out it had been completed and they were just waiting for me to sign agreeing to the upgrades or the things that needed to be done or not. I wish someone had come out and talk to me when it was finished instead of sitting and waiting for so long.

I was greeted promptly and Brandon went over the service items that I had requested when I placed my online service request. He explained to me also that the service area was very busy and that it might be a little bit longer than what I had anticipated, but that they would do everything possible to get me in and out quickly. He initially said maybe an hour up to an hour and a half. I don’t think I had sat down for more than 15 minutes when Brandon announced that my car was ready to be picked up. Now that’s what I call. great service. Not only that, but my final bill was less expensive than what was quoted for me when I placed the service request online. That’s a double win as far as I’m concerned.
