I came in for an oil change and to have them look at the infotainment system that was going blank. My first words out of the car were "The infotainment system has not messed up since I made the appointment, so don't waste time trying to fix something that isn't broke. His comment was, "Isn't that the way it always goes?" So I go to pay for the oil change and he has a $159 labor charge for working on infotainment system. Then he proceeds to tell me that they couldn't find anything, and I'd have to wait until it stops working completely. SO WHY AM I CHARGED FOR THEM TO TELL ME WHAT I ALREADY TOLD THEM??? So he went and asked his manager about it and surprise... tough luck! So they lost a buying customer and a service customer. The manager had a chance to make it right and Jordan had a chance to tell the whole truth, but neither one cared about me as a customer.

The work completed and my service rep was great. My complaint is with the waiting room. The TV was very loud and in addition a gentleman was doing the floors with a very noisy machine. I left with a huge headache. Why aren't your floors done during non business hours?
