When it comes to the service team they are very courteous, respectful, and tried to do their best to help out with the situation at hand. However, when it comes to the problem with a clicking sound on the Honda prologue, I do believe Honda knows there’s an issue, but will not deal with it. You can see this with customers online that are reporting this issue and it is not being solved, rather it seems they are whitewashing the issue by saying this is normal. Having a clicking sound when you turn right or left is not normal. There is a problem. At this point if I could get out of my lease, I would. And when it comes to buy my next EV, it will not be a Honda and that is coming from folks here that over the last 10 years have owned 4 Honda cars.

Like is that whoever serviced my vehicle turned off my lights and I was not aware as I always keep my lights on auto and have my fog lights on. There was no reason for the technician to do anything with my lights during an oil change!!!
