After my service, I noticed a few nicks in the dash - ones that could happen when dash pieces are removed. I know an exterior walk around is done before service work is performed- maybe an interior scan would be helpful too.

Extremely long wait time; Little to no communication about my delay in service; Lack of explanation about my needed repair Unfortunately this is an ongoing issue with extremely long wait times. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and was told the technician would be back from lunch at 1:10 pm. My appointment was at 1. No one called me to let me know the start time was going to be delayed. My service was a one hour diagnostic for an oil leak. My total wait was over 3 hours. All I hear is “I am sorry for your wait” every single time I have service. My time is just as valuable as yours, but yet I’m not treated as such. I have bought all my new cars and had all my service done at Honda for a long time. I’m at a point where I’m ready to find a new car just so I don’t have to deal with this dealership and service center. The service has been doing downhill for a while now. So disappointing! I really like driving a CRV but I’m tired of the lack of attention to detail and the lack of descent customer service with my service at the dealership

I felt bad b/c my appt was scheduled in July/Aug when I purchased my vehicle , with your new computer system I wasn’t on the schedule but they went ahead and got me in especially with them being overbooked swamped Even though I know how stressful today was for them, they handled this well, they were polite , friendly. I hope you realize just how lucky you are to have employees like these guys were especially in todays world where dealing with the public can be challenging. Please give your crew a nice raise, bonus , they deserve it.

Tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Lied to me about not being able to cut key because, he said, it might damage the key machine. Then charged me $10 plus dollars more than I was quoted. Never be back!!

I do miss having the printout of all the checked items from our service - for example - the individual items, tire pressure/tread - fluid levels etc. I think the new text message system is efficient - just am unable to go back and clearly “see” the recommendations of other services we might need soon
