The service writer was very good. The problem is computerization on vehicles. Changing a sensor or some other part costs $500!? Too bad. I can live without lane assist working on our vehicle.

I purchased the car new in 2023... the same issue with the monitor screen over and over again. Still wasn't fixed today. I have to arrange transportation to bring my car in for them to download an update.
They didn't offer a loaner, just make me figure out transportation on my own!!

Your service department is terrible. I’ll never bring my truck back there. We have been letdown by them time after time after time. It is the definition of insanity for me…. Doing the same thing and expecting different results. The results have almost always been the same. They don’t do what they say they’re goo to do, they waste my time. Repeatedly. It’s on me for continuing to take my vehicle back there. I assure you it won’t happen again. I will now take it to the Warsaw location.
