I felt comfortable with Anthony. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the matters at hand. I only brought the car in for the engine and anti skid lights on on the dash. I really didn’t want to know the other problems, tires, breaks, etc. it was a sticker shock to me. I like to deal with problems as they come up. The car runs great, rides and handles great. It just made me uncomfortable. I know you like to give the customers a heads up on what’s gonna happen down the line, but being retired, money is tight. But Anthony was great! Thank you for the heads up, I hope I’m satisfied when the work is done.

Your guys broke one of my lug studs and charged me for it. I shouldn't have to pay $120 because you broke something on my car. I was told I can call the previous dealership that serviced it and have them reimburse me, which is a joke. This was the first and last time I go here for service.

The issue first began when I brought my 2025 SUV in on May 27. We thought it was figured out. I brought in again on June 17 for the same issue. I was told I’d have to bring it in on a hotter day to test. I scheduled for June 24. I stayed in Kokomo because the appointment was at 1 and told it’d be done by 4. Then at 5 I was to pick it up to find out they needed to keep it. It was kept until June 27 being told a part that was back ordered would have to be ordered. Part came in Aug 1 and appointment made after calling the service department for Aug 6. I was told it’d be 2 hrs. Dropped it off at 8:30 and was told 3-4 hrs. Ended up needing to keep until the next day to test. I got a call the next day and and was told they didn’t have all the parts. No one told me this the day before. Car was kept for 10 days before able to pick up. It was a frustrating lack of communication and the run around.

Jessica was stellar in her job performance. My issue is we had to pay a diagnostic fee even though we had your dealership fix the problem. That cost should have been waived when we decided to have the vehicle fixed there. Regards, Curtis P
