The van was returned to me with no coolant. Didn’t realize it was missing coolant unit I was driving and it overheated. I had my daughter with me and it was so hot she was visually upset and red faced. It was already a frustrating situation, but to put my child in that position while I waited for my ride to turn around to come get us makes the situation even worse. There was no way to cool off and I felt helpless as she complained about being hot and not being able to do anything about it. This should
Have never happened. Yet this is the second time I have gotten my van back from this dealership with fluids not being replaced. There is a check in to make sure fluids are where they need to be. There should also be the same process when the vehicle is complete. I specifically asked if the fluids were good before I left and was assured they should be.
