Hi, I appreciate the follow-up. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. I came in clearly stating that I was there for an oil change and confirmed that I had ToyotaCare, but was told it would be $30 since the coverage had expired. I agreed to pay.
When I returned, I was told only a tire rotation had been done—even though I never asked for that service. When I questioned it, the representative was dismissive, insisted she "explained it to me" (she hadn’t), and implied I should have known an oil change wouldn't be $30. The interaction felt condescending and unprofessional.

I felt the recommendation for alignment was not based on any actual metrics. The implication was that scuffed rims were associated with the recommendation. No reference to uneven tire wear, It felt like unnecessary upselling. The battery recommendation, on the other hand, had measurable evidence. However the cost quoted is just too much greater than I can do elsewhere.
