Derek has excellent customer service skills and was able to fix my vehicle quickly himself and didn't have to wait for a mechanic. Derek makes going to Alderman's Toyota an enjoyable experience!

After picking up my car, my passenger rear door would not open, the moulding on the bottom of the door was detached and failing off , the pushed it back on so I would lose it , the service center was closed. Every time I bring my vehicle in something is wrong or missing after I pick it up.
