Service was fine and personnel was responsive. Would have appreciated a better response re putting on rear mud guards which when I bought from Alderman’s was told they didn’t require drilling but in fact they do require some minor drilling. Would have been really nice if your service department had just offered to put them on pro bono - a job that might have taken 10-15 minutes (it took me - a non mechanic ) about 10 minutes to put on the front ones ). But in this day and age time is money I guess. Your service representative did offer to ask about technician how much it would be but I just elected to take the guards home and do it myself. There are after all good you tube video instructions. I still lije your service department but you asked.
