I purchased my Toyota here. First time it was serviced here. Drove a hour and 1/2 to get there. Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was told I’d be there approximately a hour. During the service a wheel stud was broken .. it was fixed. It cost me another hour of time at the least. I missed an appointment due to this extended time I was there. I totally understand that accidents, errors happen. I was told that the stud was being replaced for free as it was service’s fault. I perceived that as being “thrown a bone”
I don’t feel that my time was respected. There were no apologies, no complimentary oil change or deduction taken at checkout. I doubt I will ever return here for service.

I’m confused at why my paperwork states an oil change when the staff member told me they didn’t change the oil as they do not do it until 10,000 miles I drove over an hour and 45 minutes from my home because I wanted an oil change. In another topic not related to service I had to speak with the title person personally even though my husband contacted her many weeks ago to ask where our refund that was lumped into the loan as we live in NH not VT she was far from pleasant. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time and this was a first for me with the new laws about registration when you purchase a vehicle in VT and live in NH. I will have to purchase my vehicle in NH due to this experience. The service gentleman was very kind and helpful the title clerk not so much. Just wanted to make you aware of the matter for any future nh residents that may purchase a vehicle from you. Thank you for your time reading my response. On a side note I did get a check today for the difference which was greatly appreciated.
