Alderman's is set up for excellent service. Drive in to the service bay and a service rep greets you and goes over the problem that brought you in.
Rep takes notes, sets a time, gives an estimate, and directs you to a very nice waiting area. Derek was great. Patient, polite, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. All done in 2 hours - techs drove the car, assessed the "shaky" ride, did shop tests. Derek gave me test results and firm price, I OK'd replacing 4 tires plus alignment. Now drives perfectly. Ain't cheao but aot my money's
