The person doing the intake was not helpful or very respectful to me in my opinion. I had a lot of questions due to it being a new car with many unfamiliar features that my salesperson did show me but now that I’ve been driving it a bit, I need clarification on. She was a bit curt and I felt, condescending, even commenting that my salesperson Should have explained these things. I did not feel that my questions were answered satisfactorily. She totally screwed up one area I wanted looked at related to the air conditioning. I asked if it was leaking under the car or just normal condensation and she had them look at the inside floor mat.??? I wonder about communication skills.

Work done on my car was estimated to take one hour or one and a half hours. After 2 hours of waiting I asked when my car might be ready. I was told that it would still be some time because the car being serviced before mine was taking longer than expected. No one ever informed me of this delay and the whole experience took much longer than I anticipated. A simple update would have been nice.
