With Zeb solely, no I was not satisfied due to duplicate services being rended when not necessary. But I was completely satisfied with Toyota services in general as the manager on duty remedied the situation so I did not have to pay for services that I had asked not to have done.

I had ana appointment at 8am my van was there all day to be worked on. I was changed 2 hours labor should have only been there for the 2 hours. Was told over the phone it was all fixed and it would be $220. Got to the service desk was told it was $380. He said aldermans has been so busy and apologized and gave me 10% off. Left and went home & a little later my husband noticed the hood wasn't shut and he was unable to close it properly.also the assembly pieces are nit put back in place on what they fixed.

State inspection was done in a timely manner The vehicle was on for a 24 month service on 7/23. The state inspection was due by 7/30. No one realized that they should have asked if I wanted to have it inspected. This required an additional appointment on 7/30 and resulted in an additional trip (44 miles round trip) and half a day wasted.
