It took 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. If I would have known it would have been that long I would have gotten a ride from someone. It would be nice if they could let you know how long you’d be waiting. From the time the multipoint inspection was sent to me to when it was all done was 1.5 hours.

Had to leave the car for 5 hours only to find out they didn’t fix anything and will have to bring the car back again. One issue was dismissed as a dirty window from delivery, which is not believable.

My 25’ GX 550 was damaged while getting an oil change and tire rotation. The tech basically threw the wheel lock key into the center console nicking the plastic.
I called Nate letting him know of the situation and that I was in the process of getting an estimate from Lexus of Omaha to fix it. I have since emailed him the pictures and estimate.

Ethan was excellent and did a great job. The oil change and recall repair was projected to take at most two hours and it took over three hours. I'm not sure what happened to cause the delay.
