I asked for and selected to have the differential oil changed from the multi point inspection report suggestion and it was not done. It can wait until the next oil change so no big deal but attention to detail is important.

I called ahead of time asking if the light bulbs on my car could be changed. I was told yes, the parts were there, and they'd do it for a agreed price. I spend the next 2 to 3 hours doing what I need to bring it and wait an hour to be told that they can't be changed. Why? Because the lights are too new and I need to change the entire thing for about 1-2 thousand dollars. Mind you the original quote was only 170. Funny that a place that had my cars year make and model doesnt know that I can't change the bulbs until after I waste all my my time. Won't be coming back

I was satisfied. However when I came to pick up my suv there were 6 service reps doing various things and not one of them greeted me or even made eye contact with me. There was one sales rep eating an apple and he switched counters so he could finish his apple. I stood there for 3 to 4 minutes before anyone helped me. I always get great service at Baxter but picking up my suv today was a disappointment.

To change oil and rotate tires took nearly two hours. This is the third time I have had to wait 2 hrs for the service to be completed. Additionally, each time I come other services totaling over $2000 was recommended. I will no longer bring my Tundra for service at Baxter. I have owned and driven Toyotas for 50 yrs and your service department’s customer service has been anything but stellar.

Overall it was great. But they did have me sign the agreement for the oil change; and it showed it would be $95. Then at the end when it was done, they added on another $11 for "shop supplies". Just feels sneaky. Why show
