Daniel was very helpful and courteous. His work as the liaison between the desk and the service department was excellent and keeps me very happy with Baxter Toyota. After very very frustrating experiences at Village Pointe, my switch to Baxter, although less convenient mileage wise, continues to be a joy. Worth the little bit of extra drive!

I stopped by without an appointment and they squeezed me in. At check in the service tech said it could take more than an hour and possibly up to two depending on how the scheduled appointments went, and wanted to make sure I was ok if that happened which I was because of being a walk in. Good morning,
I was satisfied with the installation of my serpentine belt, and the general customer service that I received. However, I was a little disappointed and quite surprised that there was no safety check done on my vehicle. I thought it was a common courtesy, especially as I brought it to the dealership. Typically when I bring my car somewhere to get service even if it’s just for an oil change, they check my fluids, fuses, lights, the air pressure in my tires, etc. Thank you for your time Dianne H
