promptly that we had requested. When we arrived today for our service appointment he was welcoming and polite. He explained clearly the service to be done and the cost. He also contacted the shuttle service
for us and notified us immediately when the service was completed.

My complaint is regarding how long I had to sit and wait for a shuttle. I was told it would be back in 20 minutes, after about 25 minutes I was still waiting and at that point I decided it was easier to stay and wait. I would have had coolant added (suggested on the vehicle evaluation)but after waiting as long as I had, I didn’t have extra time for the coolant. Had I not been stuck waiting for my vehicle, I could have gotten everything taken care of today.
The gentleman that helped me today was great. I know he had no control of the shuttle availability.

I asked that you check out each of the known causes of what could cause the loud clunking noise when backing out of my garage. Instead you just did a multi point inspection which doesn't sound like checking out any of the known causes. And you simply tried to see if it would create the noise for you when I clearly stated it doesn't do it a
