I was a little early for my Service appointment. I arrived about 20 minutes to one. My appointment was at one. The car was ready by 1:30 even though I was early the shop area and the waiting area was spotlessly clean and had kind of a happy vibe, which I didn’t mind waiting in that atmosphere thank you guys for being professional

Overall it was a good experience but I had dropped off my car and didn’t hear anything for four hours, at which point I called the service department. They couldn’t get ahold of Victor so they sent an email and then he called back about 30 minutes later saying my car was ready. I understand it’s a busy place but it would’ve been nice to at least have some update at some point before I felt I had to call myself.
