The facility had changed since the last time I was there so I parked my minivan and went into the service department where Paul greeted me and pulled up my appointment on the computer. I went back out to the car and pulled it into the receiving area where Paul completed the vehicle check in and I went to the lobby to grab a coffee drink and find a nice quiet area in which to read my book. When the car was ready I saw that it had been parked where I parked it on my arrival and had been washed, which I greatly appreciated. The entire process took about an hour and a half and I noted that the vehicle hummed along the road in automotive bliss. I admonished myself for not getting the service done sooner but all was well and the customer service and automotive maintenance was exceptional.
