I came in to get an oil change and a tire rotation, along with the multi point inspection that the service department does. Prior To arriving at the dealership I chalked the inside of my two front tires as in the past when I have asked for a tire rotation, they have neglected to do so, and lied to me, saying that they did do so. on this date, I did ask for a tire rotation along with the other service and was told that the tire rotation along with the other service was done but once my vehicle was reported to me as being done, I looked underneath and the two chalk marks were still on the front tires, and they again had not rotated my tires. This is the second time this has happened to me and I have to question if the oil change was even done as I was told the tires were rotated and they weren’t. I have no trust whatsoever in your service department at this point in time.

We received a cargo net when we purchased the vehicle. The picture on the package showed a vertical installation of the net. There is no way to install the net as shown in the photo. We were told it would be installed at our first service call. I discussed this installation with the service advisor when I dropped off vehicle. When i picked up the vehicle, I was told the cargo net was installed. Upon inspection of the installation, it was obvious that the net was installed horizontally. When I went back to discuss the installation with the service adviser, I was told it was a re-design for privacy. I'm not sure how stupid he thinks I am, but I told him that there is no privacy from a cargo net and the product is basically useless. Feel free to call me if you'd like..
