Nate was good about keeping me informed through out the day on how my vehicle was. I had mentioned that on my dash the speedometer was on something else and not sure how it got that way this morning. Nate had mentioned that he would have them look at it. It was not looked at when I got my vehicle back. I did mention it to the the guy Paul at the front desk when I came in get my vehicle after it was done. I did figure out how to get it back to the way my speedometer was before. It seemed like Nate did communicate with me better than the other guy the last time I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance check which was in December. Thank you, Leann B

I made an appointment last week for today at 1:30. When I arrived, I asked how long it would take for the oil change. I was told 2 hours. This is unacceptable for an oil change. I am glad I had planned on having someone pick me up. I arrived back at 3:30 and was told the Service Advisor just got my paperwork and to have a seat. 20 minutes later I was able to get my car back. This is outrageous to have to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change that I had an appointment for, but I was not surprised because this was not the first time this happened. I had a similar situation at the end of last year. If your dealership is too busy, just tell me. I will go elsewhere. You are not the only Toyota Dealer in town. I have also considered driving to South Dakota where I purchased the vehicle. They have excellent customer service and you guys are not even close. I have owned many vehicles and had service at various dealerships and NEVER had any service appointments as bad as at this Toyota Dealership. Last oil change they didn’t top off the fluids like they told me they did. 2 days after the oil change I was out windshield washer fluid. Today I asked for a tire rotation and the paperwork doesn’t show the tires were rotated. Luckily, I only have 1 oil change left on the plan I bought so I can go somewhere else. How do I even know they are changing the oil if the are not doing the other things?

Chance seemed knowledgeable, but was irritated by any questions. When I was paying the bill to receive my truck, I asked him how long brakes would take. He confidently informed me they would take about 2 hours but today it would take longer because the shop was behind. This interaction was fine. Then I asked if they still washed the vehicles after service, and he began to seem irritated and said “yeah, probably unless there is a reason not to.” My truck was not washed, but the temperature outside was just above freezing so that may be the cause. Upon payment, the advertised fee for my service online was $95, but chance informed me that it was about $110. I asked if the original fee was still $95, and he said “yes plus tax.” I questioned if there was a different tax because 7.5% tax on $95 does not add to $110, or if there is some unadvertised fee? At this point he dropped the invoice on the counter in front of me and looked at me. Incidentally, there was an $11 shop materials fee. The whole interaction lasted about 3 minutes and nobody was waiting in line. I don’t understand why he would not just say there were some shop fees, or say we don’t wash if it is too cold, or let me check on that. Everyone in kiosk area was in a good mood (car relay workers, salesmen, parts cashier, and other service department employees) except him. Nobody was combative or aggressive, and my bill was getting paid whether it was $10 more or not. Simple questions, rude interaction. He may have just been having a rough morning. This is why I would not say my service interaction was anything pleasant or good.

My experience today was amazing. Checked in and I received text messages about the process as they went. Also, yes or no questions about service I needed. It was great. In and out in less than an hour and a half!
