I had a great experience today with device to our 2020 Prius. The service we requested was done in a timely manner. We were notified of specific service needing to be done and then replied to the notification. We were then texted when the car was ready, again in a very timely manner. This is not at all unusual whenever we deal with the service department at Baxter. The young people we deal with are always helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Feist was no different.

Brough my Tacoma in for service and to look at the drivers seat belt. The seat belt will only retract about 50% of the time without helping it retract. Was told if it's not completely broke, it can't be fixed under warranty.

The only issue I had is lack of communication. I guess there was an issue lifting my truck on your lifts which made my oil change take 2 hours. I was waiting in the lobby and only found out about the problem when I approached the service writer. I needed to pick up my daughter from school and had to scramble to have someone else pick her up.
