This was the fourth time my was in the shop.
Heard others complain about having to make several visits and with unresolved.
Two young men were called to the service desk to help out an older gentlemans audio system.......the one young man was obvious having to help, as it was late in the day! When his manager walked away the kid said ..GREAT under his breath in front of others waiting.
As for my car, who knows,time will tell.
